Step in your F/A-18C (board #407) and get ready for your next sortie...
Today you'll fly CAS over the city of Homs, in aid to our allied troops. Hammer6 will provide SEAD cover and Chalice5 will be active GCI.

Designer notes:
-No mods required
-Duration ±1 to 1,5hour
-Difficulty average
-ATC is mainly done semi-automatic (player input is sometimes asked)
-AAR is optionally (or a must if you're AB happy)
-Some TGP skills will enhance the experience
-Incirlik can be a bit performance heavy, but the rest of the mission is very VR friendly (I only tested in VR)
-Mission specific kneeboard included

Hi,
For pilots who are into air-to-ground missions, I've created the following kneeboard cards.
I've focused on types of units that are most common on our 132nd Virtual Wing's trainings and combat missions.
I specifically avoided SAMs/AAAs etc as those air-threats are already addressed by other content makers (Well, I ran across a few while googling )
The intent here is to assist in ID'ing what the pilot is seeing so as to be able to tell a friend fr om a foe, and to have a clear idea about the type of ground force he (or the JTAC he's supporting) is up against.
I hope it would be of assistance.

This mod will allow JTAC's to read out your target coordinates in the format of your choosing instead of just the grid reference, allowing you to easily create a new waypoint at the target, or enter them into a JDAM or JSOW for a highly accurate strike. Now there's no more need to stop flying and convert the coordinates to the proper format, you can simply find your targets no matter where they are on the map and then take them out with precision. Passes the integrity check as well!

Welcome to my 8th mission and my first mission for a fixed wing aircraft.

Operation Rescue under fire is loosely based on the Spanish movie "Rescue under fire" and lets you participate in what the AV-8B N/A was designed for - night attack.

The story:
A Humvee of an armoured patrol struck a mine near the Omani town of Hansi. A medevac CH-47 was dispatched to the site, but it rolled over due to hitting soft ground upon landing. Thankfully this did not cause any further casualties.
Problem is, we are not supposed to be in Oman, so central command decided to retrieve the helicopter. Insurgents are threatening the crash site and the troops on location are in urgent need of close air support.

Involves night flying, night attack based on IR pointer target designation, adherance to ROE, avoidance of collateral damage, night/dawn midair refueling. Persian Gulf map is required.

This is an A10A mission loosely based on the payload, distances flown from bases, and targets as told in the book "Hogs in the Sand." This is the FC3 version of my original "hogs in the Sand" mission which uses the A10 CII

The Syrian Regime Forces have been decimated after endless precision airstrikes hammered their IADS and Air Forces. There are still a number of unlocated Tactical SAMs throughout the AOR and the Syrian Air Force can still launch a few Fighters (all of the Syrian MiG-29s have been destroyed). The vast WMD program that started this conflict has been nearly destroyed but one last major Chemical weapons Facility still exists. The complex is located to the Northwest of Palmyra Airbase.
   This mission will be a complex one that will have multiple assets paving the way for a AFSOC MC-130H conducting a low level ingress and airdrop of SOF troops (VOODOO) that will infiltrate and secure the last Chemical weapons' the Syrians possess. They will then be extracted from the area by  Chinooks (escorted by Apaches) from FOB - Dublin in the Southwest of Syria.

Allied forces are under heavy attack. They need supplies and reinforcements in order to survive.

You'll start from FARP TKAYA, approximately 6nm NE from the target area. Your task is to support our troops in Chuburhindzhi village (CAMP CHARLIE), just into Abkhazia territory. Reinforcement tanks are en route, but still about 60 minutes out. The mission objective, is to suppress all attacking enemy ground forces long enough, for these reinforcements to arrive.

You're free to choose on slingloading supplies to the front to activate support units, insert anti tank and mortar teams and/or take on the enemy forces by yourself...

- Mission difficulty can be considered medium to moderate
- Mission duration is ±45-70mins (depending choices/skill level)
- No mods required
- Excellent for training your Hind basic manoeuvres and sling load skills
- Mission created with intend of high level action, atmosphere and replay-ability
- Comms will be done semi-auto and with radio F10
- Short distances

Multiplayer co-op mission for 2-4 helicopters, exclusively Close Air Support. Can be played solo as well (challenging). Fully voice-acted. Follow tasking from "Mission control" as you protect Israel from attacks over the border by terrorists in the area of Kyriat Shmona and Nahariyya.

Slots for Mi-24P, Mi-8, UH-1H and SA 342. Duration 90min.
